Daniel F. Sullivan, native and life resident of this city, died suddenly last evening while at work in the barber shop of J. Frank (Jersey) McQuade in Dover where he was employed.

He was born in this city Oct 25, 1879, the son of the late Jeremiah and Mary Sullivan. He was employed for a great many years at the Great Falls Bleachery and Dye Works here and also worked at the Dover barber shop as a part time position.

He was an active member of Holy Trinity chruch here, was a member and past president of Div. 5, A.O.H., of this city, and was chaplain of Dover Lodge, No. 184, B.P.O. Elks.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Melanie (Wimpfheimer) Sullivan; three daughters, Ruth F., Alicia M. and Melanie, all of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Patrick Fitzgerald of Dover and Mrs. Leroy Guptill of Somersworth; as well as several nephews, nieces and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at Holy Trinity church on Monday morning at 9 o'clock.

Friends are welcome to call at the residence, Green street, until 10:30 p.m.
