I researched your ancestry and below are my discoveries:

I. Domenico Gaetano Freda and Antonia Dell’Orto.
1. There were several gaps in the church records available at S.Maria della Misericordia Parish. Because I wasn’t able to find their marriage record nor the baptism record for Antonia Dell’Orto, I decided to search the notary records for Oliveto Citra at the Archivio di Stato of Salerno.
Vol.4304, Notary Giuseppe Sarro of Oliveto Citra, pag.20, marriage contract dated 26 FEB 1781 between Antonia Dell’Orto and Domenico Freda. Acting on behalf of the bride is her father Diego Dell’Orto. Also mentioned in the record is that the bride and groom have a certain degree of relationship. There’s also mention of the groom’s brother, the Reverend Don Carmine Freda. Further down, there’s also mention of Domenico Calzaretta who promises some money as part of the brides dowery.

2. In another notary record, I found information about other members of the Dell’Orto Family.
Vol.4287, Notary Francesco De Salvatore, pag.2, transaction dated 22 JAN 1723. Present are Diego Dell’Orto and his sons, all three of whom are married, Onofrio Dell’Orto, Antonio Dell’Orto and Giovanni Battista Dell’Orto. SEE PHOTOS 4261226 & 4261227.
Amongst the church records at S.Maria della Misericordia Parish in Oliveto Citra, I found the following records regarding the Dell’Orto’s,

4. PHOTO 4181024, BAP 7 DEC 1721 Camilla Dell’Orto daughter of Antonio Dell’Orto and Teresa Calzaretta.
5. PHOTO 4201114, BAP 31 JUL 1725 Didaco Antonio Pasquale Dell’Orto son of Antonio Dell’Oroto and Teresa Calzaretta.
6. PHOTO 4201124, BAP 16 APR 1730 Carmina Diana Dell’Orto daughter of Antonio Dell’Orto and Teresa Calzaretta.
7. PHOTO 4201089, DR 20 NOV 1765 Antonio Dell’Orto age 76, husband of Teresa Calzaretta.
8. PHOTO 4201102, BAP 10 SEPT 1752 Antonio Maccario Dell’Orto son of the Magistrate Signor Didaco Dell’Orto and Eleonora Prosapio.

10. Domenico Gaetano Freda was born in Oliveto Citra on 9 JUN 1740 son of Francesco Freda and Anna Cappetta (SEE PHOTO 4180993). Francesco Freda and Anna Cappetta married about 1720-1723. Due to the missing church marriage records, I wasn’t able to find their marriage. I did find the following baptism records of their children. Note, Francesco Freda was a native of the town of Acerno (province of Salerno) so it’s not possible to trace his ancestry back further in Oliveto Citra.

d. PHOTO 4201116, BAP 15 MAY 1727 Maccario Rosario Freda son of Francesco Freda of Acerno and Anna Cappetta of Oliveto.
e. PHOTO 4201125, BAP 4 NOV 1730 Rocco Carlo Freda son of Francesco Freda of Acerno and Anna Cappetta.
OTHER RECORDS FOUND:
f. PHOTOS 4261213 & 4261214, Notary Giuseppe Sarro, Vol.4304, pg.22, last will and testament of Grazia Freda dated 28 MAR 1785. Grazia Freda daughter of the late Francesco Freda and late Anna Cappetta names as her heirs her brother Domenico Freda and sister Vienna Freda.
g. PHOTO 4181045, DR 28 SEPT 1798 Giuseppe Freda age 5 son of Francesco Freda and Caterina Clemente.
II. Calzaretta ancestry.
11. I decided to re-check the catasto onciario for Oliveto Citra at the Archivio di Stato in Naples. This time, instead of researching the actual catasto, I researched the preliminary acts or draft which was used to compile the catasto. The volume is vol.4161 “Rivele” for Oliveto Citra and is dated 1740. I’ve obtained a photocopy of the listing for Giuseppe Calzaretta and will forward it to you in the mail, it reads:
-head of household, Giuseppe Calzaretta age 38
-wife, Eleonora Corvino age 35
-son Giordano age 10
-son Erberto age 8
-son Giovanpaolo (Giovanni Paolo) age 3
-daugther Angela age 15
-daugther Maria age 5
12. Giuseppe Calzaretta was born abt 1697-1700 and died on 30 SEPT 1773. Eleonora Corvino was born abt 1705. They married abt 1722-1724, I searched for their notary marriage contract but didn’t find it.
I found the baptism records of their children: Giordano, Maria and Angela.

c. PHOTO 4201126, BAP 2 DEC 1730 Angela Bibiana Calzaretta daughter of Giuseppe Calzaretta and Eleonora Corvino.
13. Giuseppe Calzaretta may have married a second time based on the following death record found:

14. This other Calzaretta family below also listed in the Rivele may be related:

I’ve obtained a photocopy of Giacomantonio’s listing as well.
I found some records regarding their children:
a. PHOTO 4181009, BAP 3 NOV 1718 Anna Calzaretta daughter of Giacomo Antonio Calzaretta and Isabella Corvino. Anna died on 3 OCT 1772.
b. PHOTO 4181024, BAP 11 SEPT 1721 Erbeto Calzaretta son of Giacomo Antonio Calzaretta and Isabella Corvino.
c. in year 1718, I found the confirmation record for Elisabetta Calzaretta and Vittoria Calzaretta daughters of Giacomo Antonio Calzaretta and Isabella Corvino. Back then, confirmations took place around age 5-8 circa. So these sisters were born abt 1710-1713 circa.
I believe I found Vittoria’s death record:
PHOTO 4201091, DR 18 SEPT 1768 Vittoria Calzaretta age 60 circa widow of the late Carlo Del Giudice.
15. Your direct ancestor, Erbeto Calzaretta married Caterina Fratangiola abt 1757-1770 in Senerchia. The only notary records available for Senerchia at the Archivio di Stato di Avellino are for the Notary Benedetto Cozzi, vol.2403, covering years 1770-1790. I still had a look at them and found no reference to Caterina or her father Lorenzo Fratangiola. I also checked to see if by chance the Archivio Di Stato of Salerno had any notary records for Senerchia, but they don’t. I then contacted the local pastor of Senerchia to ask permission to view the church records. Father Dino said the older church records are in terrible shape and are literally falling to pieces and said that he can’t allow anyone to touch the records. Due to finances, it may be years before the books are restored and available for consultation.
At this point, all I could do is research the catasto onciario for Senerchia at the Archivio di Stato of Naples, Vol.4200 published in year 1745. I obtained a photocopy of their listing which I’ll forward in the mail, it reads:
-head of household, Lorenzo Fratangelo age 25 farmer.
-wife, Geronima Sabatino ae 30
-daughter Caterina age 3
-sister, Vittoria Fratangelo age 50.
III. Descendents of Felice Calzaretta and Teresa Cantalupo.
16. I searched the church marriage records 1880-1890 for the marriage record of Gaetano Calzaretta and Emilia Del Giudice but didn’t find it.
17. A daughter of Francesco Calzaretta and Carmela Del Giudice married Donato Landi:

18. Michelina Calzaretta married Erbeto Rio:
PHOTO 4180991, MR 1 JUN 1881 Erbeto Rio (son of Ferdinando Rio and Carolina Sbano) MARRIES Donna Michelina Calzaretta daughter of the late Don Felice Calzaretta and Donna Teresa Cantalupo).
19. Maria Calzaretta married Vincenzo Caprioli:
PHOTO 4181034, MR 16 FEB 1876 Vincenzo Caprioli (son of the late Don Giuseppe Caprioli and late Donna Anna Marolda) MARRIES Donna Maria Calzaretta (daughter of the late Don Felice Calzaretta and Donna Teresa Cantalupo).
20. In coming forward, I only found four records for children born unto Vincenzo Caprioli and Maria Calzaretta:
a. PHOTO 4181044, BAP 10 AUG 1884 Sabina Anna Assunta Caprioli daughter of Don Vincenzo Caprioli and Donna Maria Calzaretta.
b. PHOTO 4181040, BAP 20 JAN 1888 Maria Domenica Caprioli daughter of Vincenzo Caprioli and Vincenza??? Calzaretta.
c. PHOTO 4181038, BAP 25 MAY 1889 Felice Caprioli son of Don Vincenzo Caprioli and Donna Maria Calzaretta.
d. PHOTO 4181037, BAP 17 JUL 1890 Antonio Caprioli son of Don Vincenzo Caprioli and Maria Calzaretta. Footnoted on the record is that Antonio Caprioli married Rina D’Alessio ??? of Conturis in New York on 20 MAY 1924, S. Giovanni Battista Parish? 211 W.31st Street.
