         He was very interested in Homburger family history. Paul Nathan Jakob Homburger was Merchant in Karlsruhe and clerk in Philidelphia and NY. He was born on 19 July 1903 at Karlsruhe, Baden, Germany.1 He was the son of Ferdinand Homburger and Rosa Rachel Oppenheim. Paul Nathan Jakob Homburger died in December 1983 at New York, USA, at age 80.1

         Jakob (Jack) Bleibtreu supplied affadavits for fourty-five members of the Homburger family.1 He served in the American Army in WWI in France.1 He married Helen Rheinthaler. Jakob (Jack) Bleibtreu was born in 1886 at Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He was born on 30 September 1886 at Frankfurt am Main, Germany.2 He was the son of Nathan Bleibtreu and Auguste Homburger. Jakob (Jack) Bleibtreu emigrated in 1909 To USA. He was naturalized in 1916.3

    In 1938 the following listed appeared in Whos Who in American Jewry:
    BLEIBTREU, Jacob, stock broker. Born Frankfort-on-Main, Germany, Sept. 30, 1886, s. Nathan and Auguste (Homburger) B. Partner Abraham & Co., N.Y. City. Mem. N.Y. Stock Exchange. Married Helen Reinthaler, 1924; children: John Nathan, Ann Louis. Home: 262 Central Park W. Office: 120 Broadway, N.Y. City.4
    He was a banker. He was the manager of Abraham Co., NY from 1954 to 1960. He later became Govenor of the NYSE and retired in 1973.1 He died in 1976 at New York, USA. He died in December 1976 at New York, USA, at age 90.2

                   Rosalie (Rosel) Heilbronner Deported along with husband on 26.4.1942 from Camp Kielsberg to Izbica near Lublin. This transport included 350 Jews, among them some 93 families, some with children. The conditions of hygiene in Izbica were awful. All the deportees in this transport perished. She married Georg Orle Meyer. Her married name was Meyer. Rosalie (Rosel) Heilbronner was born in 1887 at Stuttgart, Württemberg, Germany. She was the daughter of Isaak Heilbronner and Julchen (Julia) Homburger. Rosalie (Rosel) Heilbronner died in 1942 at Izbica Death Camp, Izbica, Poland.
