He married Sophie Traub, daughter of Herz Traub and Rebecca Traub, on 11 July 1888 at Eichtersheim, Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, Baden, Germany.2 Nathan Seligmann Fuchs applied for an Immigration Visa as a quota immigrant on 24 May 1937 at U.S. Consulate, Stuttgart, Württemberg, Germany. Nathan Seligmann Fuchs was traveling to his his daughter, Mrs. Johanna Fuchs Levi, who resided at 5418 Ingleside Avenue, Chicago, Il..3 He emigrated on 12 August 1937 from Chicago, Cook, Illinois. He lived on 18 September 1940 at 5418 Ingleside Ave., Chicago, Cook, Illinois.4 According to his alien registration form, on 18 September 1940 Nathan Seligmann Fuchs was described as: complexion grey-blue, color of eyes white, color of hair 5 feet 4 inches, height 125 lbs.
