Nathan Joseph, age 41, adopted the name Maier at Heidelsheim, Baden, Germany. The family also consisted of his wife, Sorla, age 34, Josef, age 8 1/2, Ritsch, age 6, and Riele, age 4.¹ Nathan Joseph Maier died on 20 May 1841 at Heidelsheim, Baden, Germany.² He was buried on 21 May 1841 at Heidelsheim, Baden, Germany.²

     Henry L Rosenfeld was born on 29 May 1868 at Atlanta, Georgia. He was the son of Abraham Rosenfeld and Emilie Bär. Henry L Rosenfeld and Abraham Rosenfeld appeared on the census of 1880 at 203 Whitehall St, Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia.¹ Henry L Rosenfeld married Annie Meyer on 8 September 1892. An article that mentions the handing over of Abraham Rosenfeld's business to his son Henry appeared in 1894 in the Atlanta Constitution.² After retiring from the mercantile business Henry Rosenfeld eventually became an inspector for Equitable Life for Ohio in Cincinnati.³ His success at Equitable Life Assurance Society continued. In 1914 he was named fourth vice president of the organization, which inlclude charge over the foreign offices of the company.⁴ Henry L Rosenfeld died on 17 July 1939 at age 71.

Therese Homburger married Elias Baruch, son of Isaak Baruch and Franziska (Fanni) Willstätter, in February 1832 at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany.¹ As of February 1832,her married name was Baruch. Therese Homburger died at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany.

     Another source suggests that Isaak Baruch was born in 1764 at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany.¹ He was the son of Baruch (?) and Judith (?)¹ Isaak Baruch was born in 1769 at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany.² He married Franziska (Fanni) Willstätter. Itzig Borig, age 40, adopted the name Isak Baruch in 1809. The family also consisted of his wife, Fradel, age 40, Elias, age 4 and Schönle, age 6.³ Isaak Baruch witnessed the death of Liebmann Isaias Bär in September 1816.⁴ Isaak Baruch died on 1 April 1846 at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany.⁴

Clara Louise Rosenfeld and Julius E Sommerfield appeared on the census of 1930 at 357 Ponce de Leon, Atlanta, Georgia.³ Clara Louise Rosenfeld died on 11 November 1958 at age 88.⁴

     Julius E Sommerfield was born in 1865 at Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.¹ He married Clara Louise Rosenfeld, daughter of Abraham Rosenfeld and Emilie Bär, on 16 October 1895 at 244 Whitehall Street, Atlanta, Georgia. In 1912 the Atlanta Constitution described a "narrow escape from death" experienced by Dr. Julius Sommerfield in an auto crash.² Julius E Sommerfield was a physician.¹
