Joseph Wimpfheimer married Nanette Stein, daughter of Isaak Jakob Stein and Bebla David, on 6 September 1848 at Ittlingen, Lkr. Heilbronn, Baden, Germany.4 Joseph Wimpfheimer died on 26 November 1892 at Ittlingen, Lkr. Heilbronn, Baden, Germany, at age 71.2 He was buried at Jewish Cemetery, Ittlingen, Lkr.
