One gave his opinions on prohibition while the other dealt with the adhesion to traffic laws.3 Lipman Kyle Baer was an office clerk.1 He died on 5 August 1927 at 1016 Burns Ave. S.W., Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia, at age 32 from tuberculosis.4
