Irma Maier married Max Stengel, son of Nathan Stengel and Pauline Berlinger. Irma Maier was deported to Gurs first and later to Rivesaltes. Her married name was Stengel. She was born on 11 September 1904 at Heidelsheim, Baden, Germany. She died on 28 September 1941 at Concentration Camp, Rivesaltes, France, at age 37.

Beatrix Lene Stengel Deported on 24 April 1942 to Iszbica with grandmother Ida Maier. She was deported with grandmother Ida Maier from Heidelsheim; (GJLK). She was born on 29 September 1932 at Karlsruhe, Baden, Germany. She was the daughter of Max Stengel and Irma Maier. Beatrix Lene Stengel died on 26 April 1942 at Izbica Death Camp, Izbica, Poland, at age 9.

MARC STEVEN FREIBERG On Jan. 5, 1997 Marc Freiberg, 50, died of cancer
after a ten-month healing process at his home, 308 Pendleton Dr.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Forbis & Dick Guilford Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Hebrew Cemetery.
Marc was born and raised in Greensboro and was a self-employed
entrepreneur who owned a variety of businesses in Greensboro. In Dec.,
1982 he started the holiday tradition of feeding the needy and homeless
at Ham's Restaurant.
Marc is survived by his wife, Kay Burns Freiberg; daughters, Lisa
Freiberg and husband, John Dion of San Lorenzo, CA, Anna Freiberg of
Greensboro and Valerie Freiberg of the home; son, Ben Freiberg of the
home; sister, Sharon Hammerman of Tom's River, N.J.
