     Dr. Wilhelm Georg von Borscht was born on 3 April 1857 at Speyer, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.1 Von Borscht was a deputy mayor of Munich from 1888 to 1893 and the mayor of Munich from 1893 to 1919.1 He married Eugenie Prager, daughter of Isaak Prager and Fanny Macholl, on 15 April 1916 at Munich.1 Dr. Wilhelm Georg von Borscht died on 13 July 1943 at Munich at age 86.1
