Carl Rafael "Died at birth. She (Alice) was the twin of Arthur Rafael."
This information was told to me by Johanna Elizabeth Rafael (today Betty Bledy). It seems that the name was incorrect but the died at birth element seems to be correct. He died on 29 January 1892 at age 0 This is based on information from Johanna Rafael (Betty Bledy) and the extract of the Birth register which says in the note that a twin to Arthur Rafael, Carl died.2,3 He was born on 29 January 1892 at No. 1072, Gablonz, Böhmen, Austria-Hungary.4 He was the son of Max Rafael and Bertha Jacobsen.
