      Falk (Valentin) Nathan Bär was also known as Falk Baer. He was born in 1778.1 He was the son of Natan Bär and Bele ???. Falk (Valentin) Nathan Bär was born in 1780. He married Karolina Dreifuss, daughter of Moses Dreyfuss and Jette Baer, circa 1805. Falk Natan, age 31, adopted the name Falk Natan Bähr in 1809 at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany. The family also consisted of his wife, Böhla, age 22, his daughters, Braunle, age 3, and Deiche, age 1.1 Falk (Valentin) Nathan Bär died on 18 December 1857. A rememberance of Falk was written in 1932.2

                                    Lipmann Bär was also known as Lipmann Baer. The Forefather of the Baer family was said to have, according to family tradition, come from Swabia - the town of origin was called Rexingen and Baisingen - to Untergrombach. In this case, it was not possible to find a . In 1675, his name is not noted in the Kurpfalz Wucherenquete, although there were five other Jews from Untergrombach noted. Liebmann Berle came first in or after 1700 to the "Fuerstbischoefschlich-Speyrische Gebiet."1 He was born circa 1690. He was the son of Dov (?). Lipmann Bär died in 1750.

Aron Bär was listed in the 1785 Tabellarische Verzeichnis at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany. Aaron Beerle had two sons aged 11 and 15 years, and one daughter, age 6.2 Aron Bärle, age 63, adopted the name Aron Bähr in 1809 at Untergrombach, Baden, Germany. The family also consisted of his wife, Ester, age 60, his son, Natan, age 20, and his daughter, Rachel, age 17.1 He died in 1818.3
