She was the daughter of Isaac Östreicher and Rachel (Nendel) Weingartner. Rosa Östreicher married Julius Loewe in 1885.2 As of 1885,her married name was Loewe. Rosa Östreicher lived in 1939 at Karlsruhe, Baden, Germany.3 She died on 4 November 1940 at Concentration Camp, Gurs, France, at age 81.3
