He lived on 19 September 1935 at Piazza Tito Lucrezio Caro 5, Milan, Italy. He married Berta Eisenmann, daughter of Sigmund Eisenmann and Helene Linz, on 19 September 1935 at Heidelberg, Baden, Germany. Norbert Baer applied for an Immigration Visa as a quota immigrant on 12 October 1938 at American Consulate, Naples, Italy. She held a doctorate in philosophy. She lived before 19 September 1935 at Uferstraße 8, Heidelberg, Baden, Germany. She married Norbert Baer, son of Max Bär and Hermine Wolf, on 19 September 1935 at Heidelberg, Baden, Germany. As of 19 September 1935,her married name was Bär. Berta Eisenmann and Norbert Baer immigrated on 12 January 1939 to New York, New York, aboard the S.S. Rex.
