Deceased Name: Harold L. Harris
Harold L. Harris of Wilmette, formerly of Evanston, died May 16 at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. He was 80. Dr. Harris was the founding member of the Department of Anesthesiology at St. Francis Hospital. He was also the past president of Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists and past president of the Illinois chapter of the American Society for Technion, an instutituion in Haifa, Israel. He was a volulnteer teacher at Technion, and he also volunteered at the Rambam Hospital in Haifa during the 1973 Yom Kippur war.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret L. Mosenfelder Harris; a son, Ronald (Deborah) Harris of Stamford, Conn.; two daughters, Sallie (Ram) Volotzky of St. Louis and Karen (Randall) Schumacher of Livingston, Mont.; four grandchildren, Sharon and Joel Volotzky and Anna Ruth and Seth Schumacher; and a sister, Bernice Fromstein of Antigo, Wis.

Graveside services were May 20 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie. Memorials may be made to American Society for Technion, 111 W. Washington St., Chicago 60602.
