Lise Stein of Kennett Square, Pa., died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007. She was the wife of the late Joe Stein.
She was born in St. Ingbert, Germany, but spent most of her life in Belmont. She was a nurse and a musician, and active in Girl Scouts and the Red Cross.
Mrs. Stein is survived by three daughters, Jane Wilson of Ottawa, Canada, Peggy Skemer of Princeton, N.J., and Josie Stein of London, England; two brothers; one sister; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Powers Music School, P.O. Box 398, Belmont, for the Joseph Stein Chamber Music Festival.
