She was buried at Flehingen Jewish Cemetery, Flehingen, Baden, Germany, Grave 35.

Fanny Bernstein

     Her married name was Baer. Fanny Bernstein was born on 20 August 1867 at Bad Neustadt an der Saale, Bayern, Germany.1 She married Nathan Alfred Baer, son of Lippmann (Louis) Baer and Gertrude Stein, on 26 June 1890 at Munich.1,2 Fanny Bernstein and Nathan Alfred Baer were divorced in 1898.3 Fanny Bernstein was deported on 23 June 1942 at Munich to the Theresienstadt Ghetto.1 She was deported on 19 September 1942 at Theresienstadt Concentration Camp, Terezín, Czechoslovakia, to the Treblinka extermination camp.4 She died circa 21 September 1942 at Extermination Camp, Treblinka, Poland.5 She emigrated in December 1942 from Zürich, Switzerland.3
