     Victor Reinhart was born on 11 July 1888 at Oberlustadt, Germany.1,2 He was the son of Max Reinach and (?) Meier.1,2 Victor Reinhart emigrated on 13 December 1906 from Hamburg, Germany.2 He lived between 1907 and 1920 at Winnemucca, Humboldt, Nevada.2 He was naturalized on 18 March 1913 at Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada, Winnemucca, Humboldt, Nevada.2 He applied for a U.S. Passport on 19 January 1920 at Winnemucca, Humboldt, Nevada. The passport was issued on 1 July 1920. The purpose of his trip was to go to France and Holland for travel. The application orginally stated that he was going to see his aged parents in Germany as his father's health was poor. Victor had lived in Winnemucca since his arrival in the US in 1907 except for his time in the U.S. Army.2 He married Karola Fuchs, daughter of Max Fuchs and Ida Baer, on 8 November 1922 at Bruchsal, Baden.3,4 Victor Reinhart was a commercial traveler in the coffe-tea import business.3
     Victor Reinhart was listed as the head of household on the 1930 census on 1 April 1930 3434 Geary Street, San Francisco, San Francisco Co., California. Also living in the house was his wife, Karola Fuchs, his mother-in-law, Ida Baer.3 Victor Reinhart lived in May 1938 at 584 Walker Street, Reno, Nevada.5 He died on 8 February 1961 at Santa Clara, California, at age 72.1
